Generic Commerce Acceptable Use Policy Our aim is to provide customers with a high quality electronic commerce service. While a commerce service with Demon, a brand of THUS plc, will provide you with exciting new business opportunities, it also brings with it certain obligations. This Acceptable Use Policy is intended as a guide to using Your Commerce Service, including Your responsibilities, and an outline of what Demon considers unacceptable and prohibited use of the service. Please read this document together with Your written Agreement (if applicable) with Demon Internet for a complete overview of Your obligations. Definitions:

You must not harm (or attempt to harm) the integrity, security and/or availability of the Demon network. 6. Any password(s) which We supply You with (if applicable) and any employee password(s) You create to use Your Commerce Service are Your responsibility and should not be disclosed to any unauthorised person. Demon will enforce sanctions it deems appropriate against any of its customers whose commerce web sites infringe this Acceptable Use Policy (or any of the other documents listed in clause 1 above). Such sanctions may include, but are not limited to, a formal warning, barring or suspending the customer's commerce web site, suspension of access to the Internet through Demon, or termination of the customer's account(s). If a suspension of access to the Internet is imposed, then this may be lifted at Demon's sole discretion. When the original problem has been rectified Demon may Internet's policies will not be breached in the future. 11. Demon reserves the right to remove any material from a commerce web site at its sole discretion, without prior notice and without explanation. 12.
